Eligible Participants who satisfy the following criteria (each, an “Eligible Entrant”) will be entered into the Promotion:

• Swipe membership card (“Card”) at the members kiosk to receive one (1) entry into the virtual barrel
• For every $5 purchase in one (1) transaction at the Lions@springwood bars, bistro or bottleshop when membership card is swiped
• For every $20 turnover per session in an EGM when members card is correctly inserted
• Winner/s must be present in the Venue at the time their name is called.
• To be a Winner/s your name must be drawn from the virtual barrel
• Winner/s have two (2) minutes to approach the Promotion Host at the draw location or a member of staff, who will inform the Promotion host
• If the Winner/s is not present to claim any prize with in the two (2) minutes a redraw will occur
• Winner/s will be announced by mention of first and last name, along with their membership number.
• All draws will be announced throughout the club from the stage or kiosk area, with the exception of any outside dosa.
• It is the responsibility of all members to position themselves in an area of the club where they can hear the announcements.
• Final Weekly draw a total of Twenty (20) winners will be drawn all winners will become a finalist.
• Major Draw – all finalists must register their finalist ticket/s on the final day Sunday 30^th of May at the registration desk. All tickets must be registered 30 minutes prior to the Major draw at 5.30pm.
• All tickets will be placed into the barrel where ten (10) ticket will be drawn from the barrel. Each winner will then choose (in the order they were selected) from the PIRATES TREASURE to reveal their prize.
• The remaining members will receive $100 as a consolation prize.
• The 6pm draw will be a bonus draw – a valid ticket will be drawn from the barrel containing the bonus (paper) tickets.
