• Winner/s must be present in the venue at the time their name is drawn
• To be a Winner/s your name must be drawn from the virtual barrel
• Winner/s have two (2) minutes to approach the Promotion Host at the draw location or a member of staff, who will inform the Promotion host
• If the Winner/s is not present to claim any prize with in the two (2) minutes prize money will jackpot
• Winner/s will be announced by mention of first and last name, along with their membership number.
• All draws will be announced throughout the club from the stage or kiosk area, with the exception of any outside dosa.
• It is the responsibility of all members to position themselves in an area of the club where they can hear the announcements.

Members who successfully obtain a “Major Jackpot” on Dragon Train, Balloon Link,  Mighty Genie in the specified period will be eligible to win the “Jackpot Cash”

It is the member’s responsibility to inform a member of Lions@springwood staff or management before continuing play to verify the Major or Grand Jackpot amount. Failure to do so will deem the Jackpot illegible and Lions staff will be unable to pay out on the prize.

If applicable, winners will be required to produce suitable ID and/or valid membership card to prove their identity before any prize can be collected.

Entry into this promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

A member can win more than once during the promotion period.

The winner cannot transfer to another person to play.

The Prize is not transferable, substitutable or exchangeable (including any unused portion).

Entries open to all LIONS@springwood members and non-members over the age of 18 years.

The raffle will open at 5pm every Wednesday and close at 8pm that same night.

• Winners must be present at the time of the draw
• The draw will be conducted at via a ticket barrel
• The draw is at 8pm every Wednesday during the promotional period
• All prizes (consisting of a minimum of $750.00 total prize pool per week) will be awarded at this time this may vary week to week
• A person can win more than once
• Tickets consist of one (1) strip containing six (6) numbers
• Tickets can be purchased for $1 per strip or $5 for 6 strips

• Members & Guests may purchase as many tickets as they wish over the promotion period.
• The winners will be drawn from the barrel in 1 go & the winning numbers will be recorded on the A3 winners register, winners have till the end of the draw to claim their prize otherwise the prize/s will be re-drawn until all prize/s have been claimed
• Meat trays are to be collected on the night due to health and safety reasons
• The random assorted prizes will be allocated on a pre-determined basis i.e. the 1^st number drawn will receive the allocated prize as per the numbered prizes
• The total prize pool per Wednesday is a minimum of $750.00

• All registered names will be randomly selected for the fixture (who plays whom)
• There are no swaps allowed.
• The draw continues until all names are drawn.
• There will be a number of “free draws” if there are an odd number of registrations. This means that the person drawn will go automatically go into the next round.
• As a person wins their game they progress to the next round and play the person that won the game below or above, depending on where they fall in the table.
• This continues until there are only have two players left which will play in the finals.
• There will be a three way play off in the event of an odd number
• All prizes will be paid in points
• The Prize is not transferable, substitutable or exchangeable (including any unused portion).
• If any part of the prize is not available for any reason, the Venue reserves the right to substitute that part of the prize for something similar in value subject to regulatory approval.

• Pool Competition General Rules 2023:
  • Two shots every foul, except on the black ball
  • No shooting back if the white ball has been sunk
  • If you foul on the black and the black sinks, the opposition wins
  • If you foul but do not sink the white or black ball and the other party still has balls on the table, it is two shots to that person
  • If ball leaves the table, it is two shots to the other player, except if you’re on black ball and 1 shot foul rule applies
  • If you sink 2 different balls off the break, you choose the ball you want and play on

• Winner/s must be present in the gaming room at the time their name is called.

• Winner/s have two (2) minutes to approach the Promotion Host at the cashier’s desk to play
• If the Winner/s is not present to claim any prize with in the two (2) minutes a redraw will occur

• A total of twelve (12) members will be drawn each day the promotion is run
• All Winner/s will win $50 between 7pm and 9.00pm a total of eight (8) winners.
• All Winner/s will win $100 between 9.00pm and 10pm a total of four (4) winners.

• Winner/s must present their membership card in person to confirm their eligibility. It will be at the discretion of the host if they require further valid ID
• Winner/s who win a prize $5000 (five thousand dollars) or more must produce a form of government issued photo identification in conjunction with their Lions@springwood membership card.

• For every $10 turnover per session in an EGM when members card is correctly inserted an entry will be automatically generated into the virtual barrel.

• Winner/s must be present in the Venue at the time their name is called.
• To be a Winner/s your name must be drawn from the virtual barrel.
• Winner/s have two (2) minutes to approach the Promotion Host at the draw location or a member of staff, who will inform the Promotion Host.
• If the Winner/s is not present to claim any prize within the two (2) minutes a redraw will occur
• Winner/s will be announced by mention of first and last name, along with their membership number.
• One member will be drawn from the virtual barrel approximately every 15 minutes during the promotion time at the discretion of the host.
• A total of eight (8) members will be drawn each day the promotion is run
• The Winner/s with the chance to win the prize will Spin the wheel and win a cash prize ranging from $50-$500 each.
